How do I view what’s in my cart?

To view your cart, click on the shopping bag icon at the top right of the page. You can update quantities or remove items directly from there before checking out.


How do I add items to my cart?

Select your preferred color, size, and quantity on the product page, then click “Add to Cart.” You can continue shopping or proceed to checkout anytime.


How do I remove or update items in my cart?

Simply click the “X” next to an item to remove it, or use the “+” and “–” icons to adjust the quantity.


What if the item I want is out of stock?

 Some products sell out quickly. If an item is unavailable, you can click “Notify Me When Available” on the product page or message us on Instagram to check restock dates.


Where can I find size information?

 Every product page includes a detailed Size Guide to help you find the perfect fit.

Shipping & Delivery

What are the delivery times and charges within the UAE?

Orders are typically delivered within 2–3 business days, Monday to Saturday.

  • Standard Delivery: AED 15
  • Free Shipping: Orders above AED 300

Do you ship outside the UAE?

Yes! We ship across GCC and international countries via trusted partners like Aramex, DHL, and Fetchr. Delivery usually takes 3–5 business days within the GCC and 5–7 business days internationally.


Will I be charged customs or import duties?

 For international orders, customs duties and taxes (if applicable) are the customer’s responsibility and vary by destination country.


Can you deliver to P.O. Boxes?

 Unfortunately, we cannot deliver to P.O. Box addresses. Please provide a valid residential or commercial address.


What if no one is home during delivery?

 If you’re unavailable, the courier may contact you to reschedule. For prepaid orders, delivery can be made to anyone at the provided address.


How do I track my order?

Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email or WhatsApp. You can track your package directly through the courier’s website.

How can I pay for my order?

 We accept:

  • Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, and PayPal
  • Cash on Delivery (UAE only)
  • Postpay (Interest-free payment option)

Is online payment safe?

Yes. All online transactions are encrypted using SSL security and processed through trusted UAE payment gateways.


Can I change or cancel my order?

 If you need to change your address, size, or cancel your order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing it. Once shipped, the order cannot be altered.


Why was my order cancelled?

Cancellations may occur due to payment issues, out-of-stock items, or failed verification checks. We’ll notify you immediately if this happens.


How do I know if my order went through successfully?

You’ll receive a confirmation email with your order number once payment is processed.

Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

You can return or exchange items within 7 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, unwashed, with original tags and packaging. Innerwear cannot be returned.


How do I start a return?

Please email us at support@firstsquat.com or message us on Instagram with your order receipt to initiate your return request.


What if my item is damaged or incorrect?

If you received a defective or wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund.


How long do refunds take?

Once your return is received and approved, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7–14 business days.


Can I exchange an item for another size or color?

Yes! You can request an exchange for the same product in a different size or color, subject to availability.

Promotions & Discounts

How do I use a promo code?

Enter your discount code in the “Promo Code” field at checkout before completing payment.


Can I combine promo codes?

Only one discount code can be applied per order.


Do you offer welcome or referral discounts?
